That is easy to work with, though.

Then what is the actual problem?  Just format an AnsiString and then call
WriteString():

    Reg->WriteString("PCS;64;0", "my title\n\rmy description");

Or

    AnsiString title = "my title";
    AnsiString desc = "my description";
    AnsiString value = title + "\n\r" + desc;
    Reg->WriteString("PCS;64;0", value);
