Thread creation error: not enough memory

Hi,

every 7-10 days my program comes up with an exception:

Thread creation error: Nicht gen๏ฟฝgend Arbeitsspeicher (not enough memory)

When this exception occurs, I displayed the memory:

dwTotalPhys = 261488 KB
dwAvailPhys = 64240 KB
dwTotalPageFile= 550764 KB
dwAvailPageFile= 336156 KB
dwTotalVirtual = 2097024 KB
dwAvailVirtual = 1825704 KB

So it's enough - isn't it?

Which kind of memory is used when I create a thread with new?

I tried to check the heap with the Funktion
heapcheck
I get the result: _HEAPEMPTY So there is no Heap?

I use C++ Builder 6.0

Has anyone any hint?
I am gratefull for everything.
Lothar
