Thanks with Dosen of Roses ;-)
#define WINVER 0x400 before #include "ras.h" solved the problem
Now I need to know how could I Catch the ID (Username) and Password of those
connections.
Where should I start?

I guess     RASDIALPARAMS  Only is for Dialing and it couldn't give me the
ID/Pass.
Is it     HRASCONN hRasConn  ??
When I try to get help from AutoHint it didn't show me anything up :-?

P.S. Also Please Tell me if there is any Additional Header file needed :-)
