Thanks Bob again for your help and reply.

Well the good news that the AV problem is solved just by writing CopyMemory
as follows:

CopyMemory((void*)WriteAddress,(void*) ReadAddress, sizeof(Granularity));

Now the bad news is that nothing happens after I run the program, in other
words memory are not changed at all, although when I try the VB code exe, it
changes!
So I overlooked my code twice to make sure I didn't miss anything while
translating the code from VB to BCB, and I really can't find even 1 char
missing in my code...

If you can give me any idea on what exactly I might be doing wrong or
missed, I will appreciate it so much.
