Can someone tell me if named events should return the same handle in different processes? I am trying to debug an two apps that use named events for some communications. I have verified the names events are created (and for the second app I get the ALREADY_EXISTS, as expected), yet the events have different handles. They don't seem to be signalling properly so I was wondering if there's a way to tell if the events are indeed the same (i.e., by comparing handles or is there some other way?).
