Printing problem

Hi all

I have written a MDI program in BCB5 which presents weathermaps (mdi
childs). I wrote another program, a scedular which does the following:

- starts the first program
- opens the 1. weathermap
- print them
- closes the 1. weathermap
- opens the 2. weathermap
- print them
- closes the 2. weathermap
...
...
...
- opens the x. weathermap
- print them
- closes the x. weathermap
- close the first program

For the weathermaps i created my own (weather)font (it's an true type font)
which isn't placed in the windows/fonts directly but in the root directory
of the first program. These fonts will be loaded at startup and released
when closing the first application.

Now, when printing all seems to be ok in the first place. The first 3 or 4
weathermaps are printed ok, but suddenly the weather(font) can't be printed
any more. Somehow i get a different font (systemfont?). The fontsize is the
same as the weather(font).

Can someone tell me what could cause this?

There are a couple of things i have checked so far:
- Size of the printing (approx 3,5MB). The printer has 64MB... so this
shouldn't be a problem...
- Checked the printout on different printers HP, Konica..... all the same
problem.
- I have no memeory leak (at least i've checked it with Codeguard....)
- i put a wait statement between the different weathermaps of 30 seconds but
that doesn't help either....

When i'm opening the weathermaps by hand and print them i've got no
problems....

BTW, im using TPrinter *Prntr = Printer(); Prntr->BeginDoc ....
Prntr->EndDoc to do the printjob and i've got that problem on WinXP.

Any ideas/ suggestions?

Karsten
