What I posted clears the history on my wife's Win98 SE machine.  I
seems to depend upon the version of IE rather than on the version of
Windows.  Her machine has IE 5.50.

I just tried it on my Win95 machine (the original Win95 version
4.00.950a, not OEMSR2) and it worked.  That machine also has IE 5.50.
