That's a very broad question to ask but in general there is no reason why a
VC DLL should have problems when called by Borland generated executable
code. Any problems are going to be down to different calling and/or naming
conventions.

As long as the Borland code is calling the correct memory address with the
valid arguments there should be no problems.
