There is no simple function call to do that.  Open the DLL as a file.
Locate the tables of exported items and examine their entries.

The format of a Win32 exe file is called a "Portable Executable" format or
PE format.  To find the tables and their contents you need to know how the
PE format is arranged.  Read the articles at the following links:
