Sorry but I have no general solution.  Other than using a dissassembler or
stepping through it in the debugger in CPU mode and looking at the assembly
language code there is no guaranteed way to know what an exported function's
parameters are or what the function does.  Get the documentation and header
file for the DLL from the person or company that created it.
