I am not sure but it seems that codes do various things.
My code create local user but MSDN code use Active Directory.

If to say about my code it uses monikers.
Sometimes I explored it - I mean VB GetObject command.
Really GetObject used moniker as parameter (moniker it is 
string-object). Via moniker it is possible to connect to 
COM 
object via moniker-binding. So most in my code it is 
activating correct moniker and binding to COM inteface. 
I connect to IDispatch interface so it possible to use 
Variant type for accessing to methods and properties of 
this interface.  It means that most code from Microsoft Script 
Center can be "compiling" and used with BCB.

If you still have problems with MSDN code give me know and 
I try to redo it.
