Hi all,

I need to know is it possible for an application to Check/Change the access
rights to certain key in the registry (under HKLM) for a "regular user"
under XP PRO?
I need to make my program Read/Write to my application registry key under
HKLM for any type of XP user *without* the need of admin to change the
registry access rights.

Thanks
