Well, I tried it many times on my P4 and the results were
quite similar:

but if the last two numbers are the average time of the
function calls then GetTickCount() is very faster than
GetSystemTimeAsFileTime() (or am I doing anything wrong?).
Are you sure of the results taken on your Athlon?
