Not easily, because not all applications require installation to begin with
beyond just extracting the necessary file(s) to a folder, and not all
installable applications configure traces of themselves for later detection.
In the case of those applications that are installable as well as
uninstallable, they do register themselves in the following Registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
