I have already read, after read this, it rise much more unknown parameter, 
maybe my level is too low,
I don't know what is
lpWinsta - A pointer to the name of the window station being initialized.
pWinlogonFunctions - which parameter I should fill, what relation between 
with
              DWORD dwDllVersion;  WlxNegotiate( WLX_CURRENT_VERSION, 
&dwDllVersion );
