Ed, 
you were right. I actually tried that code and it would not compile. 
However, I went back and looked a little closer and found there
was one part I had missed, that of casting 'Proc' to (FARPROC) on 
the GetProcAddress call. I still don't get what that accomplishes,
but it compiles so I am not complaining. Thanks
