Are you asking how to call WlxInitialize() ?
Again, read my last post, you will see I filled in the proper values.
All except hWlx, which I don't know how to get.

Below is the condensed version of what I wrote:

I think it would be easier if you could decide which of the three options
you wanted to do, and used ExitWindowsEx() to do it.
Maybe put up a dialog to ask the user, then select the proper method.
