There is no way to change the icons for the existing buttons. You will just
have to either 1) leave the native buttons alone and add you own additional
buttons, or 2) disable the native buttons altogether and custom-draw the
entire titlebar yourself manually.
In the case of #1, look at the TWidget component:

In the case of #2, turn off all of the BorderIcon values, and then intercept
the WM_NCPAINT and WM_NCLBUTTON... messages.
