Hmm, yes but CreateDir is called last. So that means CreateDir does not pair
well with GetLastError? because CreateDir was last called and if the result
was successful it should return that one, just as it can return a successful
result when using DirectoryExists, but then again GetLastError should return
any errors and those supersede the successful return CreateDir had? Though
that's easily fixed by just reading the return value from CreateDir.

Perhaps this will appear more clearer tommorow morning.
