    I get this site and and get the information to implement the
QueryInterface() AddRef()  and Release()

    But now I receive the ERROR : "There is no support for this interface"
from the ProgressAdvise()
    I have noted that QueryInterface()  have been called from
ProgressAdvise()

    {
