Hi Remy, As far as I understand the white list should allow popup windows from certain sites the user select, so in other words if I selected www.popuptest.com as one of the sites in my white list then any popup window that will come from this site should be allowed, and that is why I though of getting the URL of the source ie window that generated the popup windows....please correct me if I am saying anything wrong. Still as I told you before I've just implemented this code and tested it on couple of sites, so I am not sure if my idea is correct or not, I still have to do more tests. Concerning (m_bUserClickedLink) I use this variable all over my BHO project to check if the popup window is generated based on user clicking on a link or not (I hope that I understood you correct and answered your question on this point) BR "Remy Lebeau (TeamB)" <gambit47.no.spam@no.spam.yahoo.com> wrote in message news:402c3c42$1@newsgroups.borland.com... > > "Martin C" <martinc@aol.com> wrote in message > news:402c3691$1@newsgroups.borland.com... > > > if (!m_bUserClickedLink) > > How are you determing that condition to begin with? > > > m_spWebBrowser2->get_LocationURL(&bsUrl); > > That does not get the URL that is being navigated to.
