create a wrapper class for IDiscMasterProgressEvents.

TDiscMasterProgressEvents

pEvents = new TDiscMasterProgressEvents;

m_DiscMaster->ProgressAdvise(pEvents, &UlCookie)

don't forget to Unadvise when done...
