Am using the latest release of indy, and come to this brick wall with Error is [C++ Error]winsock2.h(109):E2238 multiple declaration for 'fd_set'. My app uses shlobj.h, which according to http://www.bcbdev.com/faqs/faq91.htm requires the use of No_WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN. As Gambit points out "Such an error in Indy suggests that something else in your code already included winsock.h before Indy could include winsock2.h for itself. The winsock.h and winsock2.h header files are not compatible with each other." I thinks No_WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN inclusion drags in winsock.h or something to that effect. Sure enough, a simple app with an indy component, shlobj.h and no_win32_lean_and_mean gives the indy conflict error above. Anybody with a solution please.. Thanks in advance, Angus.
