I am using the Windows API ReadDirectoryChangesW, it appears to not reliably
monitor a network drive.  I have mapped the network drive to a local
directory on the client but it appears that it is not getting all the files
(it misses some, gets most) that are added to the network drive.

The file types are all the same, small text files approximately 3 to 5kB in
size and at the most there may be 20 files entered an hour to process.  They
do not all come at once there maybe the odd occasion that 2 to 3 file arrive
at the same time, but it appears that I have the same odds as to processing
this files.

Can anyone please shed some light on this problem?  It would be good to know
if it is possible to do this or not.

If this is not right place to ask this question please let me know a better
forum and I will try there.
