How to retrieve HWND trough HINSTANCE or HANDLE

Hi again...

I'm using ShellExecuteEx to spawn apps from within my system and I need to
post some messages to those apps (broadcasting messages wouldn't do).

The the information returned to SHELLEXECUTEINFO (by ShellExecuteEx) only
returns a HANDLE to the hProcess and a HINSTANCE to hInstApp. My question is
how to associate one (or both) of those handles to the app's main window
handle so I can post messages to it?

Specificaly I need to use the IsIconic() fuction to check if the spawned
apps are minimized and, if so, post a message to restore them.

Any help will be highly appreciated...

My best regards

<R>.
