link.exe is the Microsoft linker.  In the line you read it probably is used
as a shell to drive the resource compile.

brcc32.exe converts a *.rc file into a *.res file.

  brcc32 rcfile.rc

If it doesn't find an include file then do something like this:

  brcc32 -Ic:\progra~1\borland\cbuild~1\include rcfile.rc
