Might it be an issue of what the public name is vs what you expect the
public name to be?

Try this:

  tdump -ee dllname.dll

and look at the exact text of the public name and compare it to that used in
the GetProcAddress call.

For instance, you might be giving GetProcAddress "FunctionName" when the
public name actually is "_FunctionName" or "@FunctionName$qv".  The public
name is what GetProcAddress requires.
