Hi

The switch I am setting modifies windows behavior.  The switch 
I am using allows windows to activate a window on a mouseover,
kind of like unix does.  In other words the window currently 
under the mouse get focus and is brought forward.

So I modify the switch and until I do a log off/on the windows
behavior is not modified.  This is why I think I need some 
sort of mechanism to refresh the registry or the windows shell.
