Yes, that will work.  If you use CreateProcess() to load notepad, then you
will have the process ID for the new window.  You can use that with your
enumeration, via the GetWindowThreadProcessId(), to ensure that you really
work with the newly spawned instance and not some other instance by
accident, in case you have notepad running multiple times.
