Your mention of FindNextControl() suggests that you are using the VCL to
create your dialog, correct?  If so, then the VCL implements tab ordering by
storing control pointers into a TList, and then iterating the TList when
needed.  As such, you will have to use methods, such as FindNextControl(),
that work with that TList internally.  Otherwise, you will just have to call
the GetTabOrderList() method (which is public) and iterate the list
manually.  It will contain TWinControl pointers for all of the components
that are available to tabbing.

There is no such function in either the VCL or the Win32 API.  Perhaps you
are thinking of the CDialog::NextDlgCtrl() method in MFC instead?
