🚀 go-pugleaf

I am continuing to work on an application that shows the world map, and
hopefully someday be able to display the active aircraft in the US and
possibly elsewhere.  My test file only has 160 points, but certainly someday
there could be thousands to plot.

In drawing my test file, I have a small bitmap that I've found (120x100) to
display.  I've tried Bitblt to dispay the 160 points, but it took a few
seconds to go through the 160 points in the list to display them.
Alternatively I've drawn a crude picture using MoveToEx and LineTo which
took negligible time to draw, but the display is crude at best.

I'm interested in finishing this using API if possible.  But the BitBlt MUST
go.  Any ideas on what I can use that would be faster?  I'm aware that it
would be faster using DirectX or OpenGL, but I'd like to finish this first.

Here's the code that I'm using to draw the Bitmap.  I work my way through
the list calling this for each point.
