Underscore in Dll export function

Hi,

I just wonder if anybody has an answer:

I create a DLL which exports one function:

extern "C" void __declspec(dllexport) GetValue(char* AValue);

But when i do a dumpbin.exe /export MyDLL.DLL, i see that _GetValue is 
exported, with underscore, and not GetValue

Any ideas how to get rid of the underscore in the beginning?
