Hi,

I think BCB doesn't include files for WinHTTP nor
any documentation.

Have a look at the official documentation at

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/winhttp/http/about_winhttp.asp

To get header files etc. you will probably have to
download the core Platform SDK at

http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/platformsdk/sdkupdate/

you could then copy the header files to your BCB
include directory.

(watch for linebreaks in the above links!!)
