You can get the boost code from www.boost.org

This is not a pthread implementation though, but rather a wrapper
around the pthreads API that also wraps the WinAPI threads API as well.

This means the wrapper uses familiar concepts if you are familiar with
pthreads, even though under the hood it is using WinThreads instread.
