Setting aside feelings about Vista UAC -- BCB6 apps are able to take 
advantage of the manifest file injection necessary to properly inform Vista 
of the access rights a program requires during its lifetime.  Usually 
setting up a program to function "asInvoker" or "requireAdministrator" is 
enough.  If temporary administrative access is required the same techniques 
that modern compilers use can be used in BCB6 as well (though I haven't done 
them yet since I haven't had a need to).
