Are you sure that's a valid window handle? Check with IsWindow().

You've not checked the result of this call. Did it work? Oh, be warned -
the resulting rectangle starts at (0, 0), which is the top left of the
screen. You would want to translate this to screen coordinates, using
ClientToScreen().

Why do you want the DC? Are you drawing?

Where does rc2 come from?

This is a graphics command, indicating that a following LineTo() (or
some other drawing commands) should draw from this point. But you don't
do the draw command.

Did you mean to move the cursor? SetCursorPos().
