There is MSXML that comes with your Windows. I think you've got to 
search MSDN to get the needed headers. I can't help you so far since I 
didn't use XML until now.

There is also xmlwrapp, a class that wrappes around libxml. It can be 
found at http://pmade.org/software/xmlwrapp/
