Well, the OP said he got "an error complaining that the function isn't
defined anywhere", and then refers to the mapi.hpp header file in which he
expected to find the function prototype, which suggested a compiler error.
So, when I tried to duplicate his problem, I got, "Call to undefined
function "MapiLogOnEx'", but then I realized that I was using the wrong
case.

So, I changed it to "MAPILogonEx" *and* #include'd mapix.h, and now I get
conversion errors because MAPILogonEx takes an "LPMAPISESSION" and Borland's
version of MAPILogon takes an "unsigned *".

This suggests that Fernando just needed to include "mapix.h" to get past the
error he was getting (because MAPILogonEx is not defined in the Borland
header, "mapi.hpp").
