I'm no network expert, but I don't agree with this statement.  Some
time ago, I started to translate Yorai's code into CPB, but I had more
problems with Windows "versions" than I did with the code.  I never
finished the job.

Why don't you try the search engine in my signature below with
RasEnumConnections^cppbuilder      or
Wnetopenenum^cppbuilder

I believe that enumerating the connections is much easier than
changing their parameters.
