Hi,

I use GetFileVersionInfo API in order to retrieve all information (build,
company name, file version,....) from a file.
But till know i use a specific Translation language ID and CharacterSet.

I would like to retieve all file information (GetFileVersionInfo) NOT
depending on the translation table  (language ID and characterSet).
How can i retrieve automatically, for each OS language and characters set,
the LANGUAGE ID and CHARACTERSET ?
Like that i will be able to inject it automatically to GetFileVersionInfo.
