You can find out for yourself easily by putting the following in your
box of tricks.

BOOL _stdcall ErrorBoxCancel(DWORD errorcode,LPCTSTR titl)
{	BOOL ret;
	VOID* lpBuffer;

	FormatMessage(
FORMAT_MESSAGE_ALLOCATE_BUFFER+FORMAT_MESSAGE_FROM_SYSTEM+70,
		NULL,errorcode,0,(char*)&lpBuffer,0,NULL);
	ret=(IDCANCEL==MessageBox( hWnd, (char*)lpBuffer, titl,
MB_OKCANCEL|MB_ICONINFORMATION|MB_TOPMOST )?TRUE:FALSE);
	LocalFree( lpBuffer );
	return ret;
}
