I'm using MAPI_LOGON_UI in the call to MapiLogOn().  I'd rather have the
system log automatically into the default profile, but it still displays a
logon dialog.  How can I get rid of it and log into the default profile
automaticaly?

When I call MapiSendMail(), I get another dialog that explains that an
application is trying to send an email and that it could be a virus.  My
customers are mostly computer illiterate and that silly dialog will certainly
scare them.  How can I get rid of it?
