Did you explitically specify the actual default profile name when you called
MapiLogon()? What does your actual code look like? You should be getting
the profile name from the Registry, if you are not already.

I have code that logs into the default profile and it never displays any
dialogs when using MAPI_LOGON_UI, so I know it works when used correctly.

Sounds like a configuration issue with Outlook itself, you should look there
first. Or, do you have anti-virus on that machine? Perhaps it is
intercepting the mail before it can even reach Outlook.
