Check that the Scaled property of your forms is false.
When it's true the VCL adapts the form depending on the screen's dpi.
(that are set from the screen panel: do you remember small chars/big
chars?). This is a problem with form's containing objects because they
are all scaled and moved (= scrollbars everywhere, toolbars with out
of screen buttons, etc...).
When it's false the form doesn't change.
