And the WinNT one (generic thunks) does not support calling 16-bit
code from 32-bit code, so thunking is not really the solution to this
particular problem.  The 16-bit DLL would need to be loaded in a
16-bit process that communicated via IPC with the 32-bit process.
Obviously C++Builder's compiler can't be used to author the 16-bit
host EXE, but it could be used on the 32-bit side.
