I want to add a fixed font (with various sizes) to my project as a resource
so that I can load them at run time. I am using pure WINAPI not VCL. I have
looked up Google but have not found a satisfactory answer. Can anyone help
point me in the correct direction - a book, resource tool etc..

What I need to know is;

1. How to create the font - i.e. what is a good tool to use
2. How to add the fonts to my resource file ( .rc )
3. How to access the front at runtime.
