Ok, then the hook procedure must be placed into a DLL, and the DLL's
HINSTANCE passed to SetWindowsHookEx().  Also, the hook procedure must be
exported from the DLL, and the DLL must put the HHOOK handle into shared
memory so that all instances of the DLL have access to it.

That is not what I asked.  I meant *in your code*, how are you determining
which keys to disable?  You did not show that part of the code.
