Hello everyone.

Just a quick question if I may. I' m developing an application for a client
and part of their spec is a customer loyalty scheme using Smart Cards to
identify the customers. So I obviously need to get a Smart Card reader /
writer, some cards, an interface and the relevant software drivers to allow
my application to communicate with the readers. I don't think, at this
point, that I will need any memory storage facilities, just simple unquie
identification.

So I just wanted to know if anyone had done any development with smart cards
and could advice me on

a) what type / make of reader / writer / card / interface I should use
b) best place to get them
c) any good reference for interfacing with the readers from my software
application

I don;t want to do to much development, so I'm not looking for a masive SDK
for anything, just a quick solution :-)

Thanks in advance,

Kevin
