Hi!

I spawn a console application from CreateProcess call.
I done this with the SW_HIDE flag set, like below:

       STARTUPINFO StartupInfo;
        StartupInfo.wShowWindow = SW_HIDE;

Still I will se the console windows flash infront of me running the
application. I spawn the console application several times during the
lifetime of the application causing well..you understand...
It doesnt look nice, what can i do about it?
