Hi

I have found some documentation on tooltips but nothing that
can help so far, so any ideas or references to documentation
will be appreciated.

I am trying to hook to the tooltips windows of any application, 
just like I would use SetWindowsHookEx to hook to any other 
window or sub classing of a window.

I can't seem to be able to get the handle of the tooltip window.
Of course the tooltip window is not part of my app, but any
app running in windows.

Can this be done.... ?????
